Fast-growth startups are undergoing Round C/D financing with growing sales and market-ready products.

Undervalued or time-sensitive special situations opportunities in up-and-coming, fast-growth startups.
Short exit horizon
We prioritize investments in companies with a relatively short horizon for sale, IPO, SPAC, or another liquidity event. Each SPV will be independent and look at 2-3 years of the horizon to exit.
