Designed for companies with a developed product or initial traction yet short of a healthy seed round, this path offers a $500K investment with 5% in warrants in a 30-day process from AnD Studio’s uncapped safe. Once onboarded, we work diligently to elevate the company to the next fundraising level, enhancing their valuation.
AnD Studio does not operate in cohorts or batches; instead, it accepts one company at a time, providing a personalized process tailored to each company's specific needs.
AnD Studio invests in an uncapped safe, allowing them to bypass typical stressors associated with the studio process, such as raising capital and altering valuations.
AnD Studio has a start date but no end date. Companies can remain in the studio for as long as it takes to achieve necessary milestones. Upon leaving the studio, they will retain access to the studio team and resources for their entire lifespan.
Throughout the entirety of the studio process, companies receive continual support from the AnD team in market validation, product development, and all other aspects of their company’s formation.
