Adi Gozes

Prior to joining AnD Ventures, Adi Gozes was a Partner at Entrée Capital, a global venture capital firm funded in 2010 managing $1.25 billion across nine funds. At Entrée Capital invests across a wide range of sectors including AI, data, deep tech, fintech, cyber, SaaS, and crypto, supporting startups from pre-seed to growth stages.

Before that, Adi was an investor at the Samsung Catalyst Fund, investing in startups in areas such as AI, cloud infrastructure and more.

Adi began her career as an officer in the IDF’s elite technology intelligence unit 8200, where she led software development teams. She then spent over a decade in product management and business growth roles at startups, leading the development of cutting-edge technologies in computer vision, DataOps, and machine learning.

Adi holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MBA, both from Tel Aviv University, graduating magna cum laude.
