Mika Baruch

Value Creation & Studio Operations

Mika's journey is marked by diverse experiences and notable achievements. She started her career in an Israeli Intelligence Corps, followed by a two-year role at the Consulate General of Israel in New York. Armed with exceptional interpersonal skills, a knack for effective communication, and a wellspring of business creativity, Mika joined forces with Guy Franklin, the founder of New York's largest Israeli startup community, where she played a pivotal role in overseeing the networking department for over 400 Israeli startups in the bustling heart of New York City. Her affinity for diverse cultures and her passion for building bridges led her to establish a significant presence within the American ecosystem, primarily in New York.

Upon her return to Tel Aviv, Mika delved into entrepreneurship, founding her own venture dedicated to forging connections between Tel Aviv and New York startups through cutting-edge business development services. Her entrepreneurial acumen and extensive network have proved immensely valuable, attracting over five clients in the first six months alone.

In March 2023, Mika embarked on a new journey with AnD, spearheading our fund's value-creation endeavors. What truly ignites Mika's passion in this role is the people. From daily conversations with our diverse portfolio to nurturing global partnerships and fostering meaningful relationships with investors, Mika fervently emphasizes that, above all else, it's the people who matter most, both prior to and following any endeavor.
