Noy is an experienced venture capital and product leader with a diverse background spanning public affairs, diplomacy, and tech.
Beginning her career as a Public Affairs and Press Officer in the IDF and later as Chief of Staff to the Deputy Ambassador in Washington, DC, Noy built a strong network of influential leaders across sectors. She transitioned into venture capital, managing a community of 10,000 investors and founders, which led to her role as Director of Investor Relations, where she gained first-hand experience in capital raising and business development.
While working closely with startups and investors, Noy recognized that to truly understand what drives a company’s success, she needed to experience the inner workings at the core of a tech company. Noy joined WalkMe’s product team in its hyper-growth stage, ultimately leading the company’s flagship product through its IPO on the NASDAQ, followed by its acquisition by SAP.
Over four years, Noy managed the full product lifecycle of several products, overseeing multiple dedicated dev teams. She launched a new strategic product, led the redesign of WalkMe’s web platform, and integrated AI capabilities during the early days of the technology breakthrough.
Now, as Director of AnD Ventures Studio, Noy leverages her strategic insight, product expertise, and extensive network to mentor and scale early-stage startups.
Noy is actively seeking pre-seed investments and new collaborations.
