Shay Doron

Principal

Shay Doron, a former professional basketball player, played college basketball at the University of Maryland, where she was part of the 2006 NCAA championship team. She also made history as the first and only Israeli player in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) while playing for the New York Liberty. Shay's passion for technology led her to become an angel investor and even start her own Sport-Tech startup.

Presently, Shay serves as the principal and head of deal flow at AnD Ventures. Best part: seeing the amazing innovation coming from Israeli entrepreneurs on a daily basis!
