Tomer’s journey is driven by ambition, strategic thinking, and a passion for early-stage innovation. Born and raised in Israel, he is currently pursuing a double degree in Business Administration and Accounting at Reichman University.

Before joining AnD Ventures, Tomer served as a combat commander in an elite IDF unit - an experience that shaped his leadership, resilience, and ability to thrive under pressure.

At AnD Ventures, Tomer is an integral part of the investment team, focusing on sourcing and evaluating startups, conducting market research, and supporting portfolio companies throughout their growth journey. His sharp analytical skills and business acumen make him a strong partner to founders and investors alike.
